Enquiry form. Name, mobile number, email address, the service selected and your message — used solely to respond to your enquiry. You should not upload confidential financial documents unless specifically requested by our office.
Downloading a Knowledge Base resource. Name, designation, organisation, contact number, WhatsApp number and email address, collected with your consent, solely to provide a copy of that resource and to maintain a record of the same.
Reading a Knowledge Base resource. No personal data is collected. You may open and read any resource using View without providing any details.

Resource feedback. We record only the resource, its subject and your response. No personal data is collected.
Our hosting provider places analytics cookies to measure site traffic. These record visits in aggregate and are not used to identify you. Your browser also stores a local record of when you last viewed our Knowledge Base, so that newly added resources can be indicated to you; this remains on your device and is not transmitted to us. You may clear or block these through your browser settings without affecting your use of this site.
Form submissions are transmitted to and stored within Google Workspace services operated on our behalf. Web fonts are served by Google, which involves disclosure of your IP address to that provider. Maps are embedded from Google Maps and are governed by that provider’s privacy policy.
Your details are used solely for the purpose for which they were provided. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use details collected for one purpose to send you unrelated communications.
We retain enquiry and resource records for so long as is necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, and thereafter as required to comply with any applicable legal or professional obligation.
